Sarvis Exchange Services
The Sarvis Exchange Division was created in 1981. Until 2001, Exchange Division District Managers serviced both main stores and shoppettes. In 2001, with the company’s entry into the Wines & Spirits category, the Division established a separate team to service shoppettes. That team has now grown to 12 District Managers servicing over 60%. In all of the markets that have Shoppette District Managers, we also have Main Store District Managers. The balance of the markets is serviced by District Managers who have responsibility for both channels. The Division’s strategic goal is to have all CONUS stores serviced by separate Shoppette and Main Store District Managers.
The Division’s three sales teams deliver a worldwide call frequency of 6 calls per month in over 88% of our Customer ACV.
The Division excels in:
- Managing inventory.
- Gaining and maintaining appropriate space and location.
- Aggressive in-store merchandising and point of sale activity.
- Managing seasonal and promotion ordering and sell through.
- Conducting high visibility retail events to drive retail sales.
